Jeremiah Tall - Tickets

Inspired by an unwavering love for summers spent in the mountains, along with the tall tales from his youth, Jeremiah Tall is a one-man show based out of Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Tall's tales range from the struggles of finding your feet on an ever-changing landscape to fictional stories of cowboys and the common man’s battle with the devil. A hand painted suitcase converted into a kick drum provides a backbone to his own throwback spin on folk rock.

Hawthorne - Tickets

Hawthorne smells of wet leaves and asphalt. Hawthorne looks like a vaudeville hootenany. Hawthorne sounds like many ages of acoustic music pouring out of young musicians who feel distinctly connected to nature and the past yet strongly rooted in the urban setting and modern era they live in. Hawthorne is a folk-based project hatched from the prodigious songwriting talent of Nat Osborn and supported by some of his best friends. These friends happen to also be some of the best young musicians in New York City. The band weaves various acoustic styles: folk rock, country, gypsy jazz, and americana around Osborn's stellar songs.

Session Americana

Session Americana (Boston) is a rock band in a tea cup, or possibly a folk band in a whiskey bottle. This band/collective of talented musicians craft an musical experience unlike any other. On stage is a collapsible bar table wired with microphones, a vintage suitcase recast as a kick drum, an old Estey field organ, a pre-war parlor guitar, a mandocello and an assortment of other instruments that get passed around in this freewheeling modern hootenanny. The anything-could-happen feel of a Session show depends on craft that's not accidental or easilywon; they bring a kind of ease and genuineness to this timeless music, sometimes presenting the latest batch of original songs, sometimes reaching back into depths of the American "song bag".

This 24-year-old singer, pianist and guitarist aims straight for the gut with emotive, rocking songs about the challenges of adult life. USA Today recently compared his "exquisite tenor" to Bruce Springsteen and Billy Joel, while Livingston Taylor called him the "greatest pop songwriter since Billy Joel."
Despite his relatively young age Glier is a seasoned troubadour, averaging over 250 live performances annually. He's known for passionate live sets and a powerful command of both piano and guitar. Building on the acclaim of his Grammy-nominated sophomore album "The Next Right Thing", Glier's subsequent record "Things I Should Let You Know" was called "a genuine revelation" by Blurt Magazine, and was praised for its "shimmering, seductive melodies".

With a “distinctive stamp and swing that is both rooted and infectious”, she crosses back and forth across the continent with ease. She showcases Cape Breton reels, crooked French-Canadian brandys, the rollicking rhythms of Ottawa Valley stepdancing tunes, way down to Southern Appalachian stringband tunes; even incorporating Irish and Métis influences. With a blend of new Americana and traditional folk, the Honey Drewdrops create inspired songs rooted in the experiences and lives of everyone. It’s music made in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, with a sparse Appalachian clarity on every song. On stage, the Honey Dewdrops dynamically blend their instruments and voices by singing and playing into a single microphone. There is a high lonesome quality to the way their voices join that is familiar, yet the mixture is unique. In their own way, the duo fills the room with energy and emotion that linger long after the show. “Their talent is such that it’s quite possible that a new band recording in the year 2020 might cite the Honey Dewdrops as a prime influence.” - Bluegrass Unlimited Magazine
